Wow! Our experience with Kohn Contracting Corporation was outstanding. Eric Kohn discussed multiple options for the repair or replacement of our front balcony and railing system. His proposal was impressive and helped us to make the best decision. Ultimately, we chose to upgrade the balcony by replacing the original 22 year old wood railing with a low-maintenance railing system, a new roof deck, a 2-ply SBS waterproofing system, and new flashing integrated into the masonry. Eric also sealed the arched window above the balcony. We are so happy with the final result. These improvements should provide a durable, long-lasting roofing and railing system which adds modern beauty and protects the structure for many years to come. Thank you Eric and Tyler for a wonderful experience and a beautiful addition to our home!

Working with Eric and his crew was effortless. They replaced facia board and seamless gutter after a very wet snow removed the original gutter, which had not been installed correctly and Eric picked up on that immediately. Repairs were performed on time (or before expected arrival) and within a very reasonable budget. All-in-all a great experience. Very happy to support MD small business owners.

Eric Kohn came out to my home because there was a leak in the roof of my newly bought house. I wasn’t home at the time and wasn’t sure where the leak was originating. Somehow he was able to find it. Apparently whoever installed one of the bathrooms exhaust fan vents didn’t seal it up properly. After that he decided to clean out my gutters for free. I couldn’t have been more pleased with his service.

Yesterday Eric Kohn helped me make some real estate magic when around 9am my seller shared that the contractor who came to take care of minor repairs the day before settlement said he needed a roofer to take care of one of them!!!! Settlement was scheduled for 12:30 that day!!! I called Eric - sent him a pic from the inspection report and by 11am I had a professional estimate in my inbox for a service that exceeded the expectations of the buyers - for an extremely fair price he was going to repair one item AND give the entire roof a tune-up. $$$ went into escrow, we settled on time yesterday and the repairs were completed today!!!! AND HE followed up to tell me they were completed and thanked me for the opportunity!!!!

Great service. I encountered a problem with a leaky roof on one of my rental properties. I had two other contractors come out for repairs, but over time the issue returned. Kohn Contracting was able to locate the deeper issue of the leak and made the necessary repairs. They also discovered two additional problem areas and were able to make the repairs before the leak even started. I highly recommend Kohn Contracting and will be using them for all my properties in the future.
