Kohn Contracting provides building-envelope assessment, waterproofing, and water-intrusion repair for residential and commercial properties. We identify how water is entering the structure and develop repairs that address the source—not just the visible damage. Services may include foundation and masonry waterproofing, crack and penetration repairs, flashing corrections, exterior wall and siding assemblies, window and door openings, roof-to-wall transitions, sealants, drainage improvements, and specialty cementitious waterproofing systems. Our approach focuses on proper preparation, compatible materials, drainage, flashing, and long-term moisture management.
